Representing Award Winning Colorado Landscape Artist: Douglas Huscher

 

Painting since the early ‘80s, Doug Huscher has developed his current style and techniques to achieve the unique look and feel that is present in his paintings.  Although Doug is mainly a self taught artist, he has attended many workshops and local art classes that have influenced his style.

 

Doug’s landscapes now hang in many private and corporate collections throughout the states he has lived  during his work career.  He has displayed his work in group shows and has won various awards over the years.

 

Doug has original oil landscape paintings and limited edition prints available. Some limited edition prints are also available of his works that reside in private collections.

“Living in Colorado provides one with the daily inspiration to view the wondrous colors of nature coupled with the variations of textures, shapes and moods created by the changing light on the Rocky Mountains landscape.  My desire is to capture these in each landscape I create, utilizing vivid color and texture.
